The mission of the IIBA is to develop and maintain standards for the practice of business analysis and for the certification of its practitioners. Our vision is to be the leading worldwide professional association for Business Analysts.

The strategic goals of the IIBA are:

• Creating and developing awareness and recognition of the value and contribution of the Business Analyst
• Defining the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge
• Providing a forum for knowledge for sharing and contribution to the business analysis profession
• Publicly recognizing and certifying qualified practitioners through an internationally acknowledged certification program

Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for eager volunteers to help us with the day to day work that comes with running the NJ Chapter.  This is a great way to get involved and help your chapter.

• The Professional Development Committee needs help organizing and starting BABOK® study group sessions.
• The Communications Committee needs help coordinating cross-chapter events and setting up remote meeting locations for event attendees.  
• The Membership Committee needs help getting members checked in before meetings.  
• The Marketing Committee needs help obtaining chapter sponsors and developing marketing materials.
